The hotel could have been a little nicer and the rooms weren't ready for us until 5 pm, however, they do come with a kitchenette which is a plus. The service was extremely friendly but they did have to leave to clean the room out. The location is excellent, especially for those interested in hiking trails nearby. The dining options were limited, but it's great that you can bring your own food. The facilities are well-maintained but could have more variety.

The villa was a good size, perfect for two young couples to share, although there were some shortcomings like limited bedding and toiletries. On the bright side, it was spacious, clean, and ready ahead of time.

The hotel was incredibly spacious with a private bedroom, living room area, dining area, and full kitchen, offering a fantastic view. The customer service was generally great, despite a minor issue that was promptly resolved. The location was perfect for our needs, especially with easy access to the Convention center. However, the dining options were a bit limited and on the pricey side.

Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with some ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with everything we needed, but unfortunately, we couldn't reserve a pool view. The service was friendly and fun, but there were some issues with housekeeping and amenities like cell service and Wi-Fi connectivity. The location, although attractive with hidden restrooms and waterslides, was a bit far from downtown. Dining options were decent but could improve, and the facilities were generally good.
